Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order

We offer one free exchange within this period

Additional exchanges will be subject to standard shipping fees
To be eligible for exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and original packaging must be intact
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Exchange Options
You may exchange your item for:

The same product in a different size, or
-
Any other item available on the website
If there is a price difference:

If the new item is lower in value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit

If the new item is higher in value, the difference must be paid upon delivery
Store Credit

If you choose not to exchange, you will receive store credit equal to the returned item(s) value

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Store credit is issued only after the returned items pass quality inspection
Discounted Orders
Items purchased during promotions or sales:

Can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item
-
Cannot be exchanged for different products at the same discounted price
Important Notes

Orders placed separately cannot be combined for exchange

Returned items must be sent in original packaging with tags attached

Exchanges apply to both regular and pre-order items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days and provide:

Order number

Item name and description
-
Clear photos showing the issue (with brand/logo visible)
Our team will review your case and assist you accordingly.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
